Start your weekend by running for a cause! The Tybee Turtle Trot 5K supports the Tybee Sea Turtle Project, which helps protect local nesting turtles and rescues injured ones. Funds raised this year go toward purchasing a beach utility vehicle to improve response times during turtle nesting season.
Join the community at the shoreline for this fun and meaningful beach run. Stick around to meet Westie and Ossie, the Marine Debris Ambassador turtles, and learn how you can help preserve our coastal ecosystems.
